What is Identity?
In philosophy, identity (also called sameness) is whatever makes an entity definable and recognizable, in terms of possessing a set of qualities or characteristics that distinguish it from entities of a different type., in layman's terms, identity is whatever makes something the same or different.

In social science, identity is an umbrella term used throughout the social sciences to describe an individual's comprehension of him or herself as a discrete, separate entity. This term, though generic, can be further specified by the disciplines of psychology and sociology, including the two forms of social psychology.




I am a simple guy who is very lucky because I have been born in this world. My name is Alghafur Hasim P. Osman Jr. I am the second son of Mr. Hasim Osman and Shalimar Osman. I am a certified Islam or Muslim. From now, I am already 16 years old last December 30, 2009. Now, the year 2010 have more challenges and trials to encounter. But I am not afraid because any trouble I've been encountered, there will be the one who will guide you. No other than and the one and only our God. I know this w3orld is more of bad influence that will make you close to evil. War, fighting, killing and abusing women and children. Just pray to God and he will help you. Even though I am just a human in this world but I can make big things. lets back to who am I. I was born on December 30, 1993. I am now a forth year student in high school level. I live in Market Avenue, Lupon Davao Oriental, Philippines. I am a guy, a kid, and a man who is very independent but sometimes need help, a very serious person but sometimes I am a joker. That's me!.

True Friend

It's been so good to have friends who really concern to you. They always make you smile, enjoy and teach you some good things. There are some people who are just what they called "" and trying to entertain you just because they need something from you. A true friend knows you, understand you and accept who you are and whatever you are. let me share to you a little prove that I found a true friend.

Sometimes there are days that something bad happens. I'm walking from school to go home. While I am thinking about my worst and bad day, one of my friend saw me walking and he knows that I am very sad. So he try to walk with me and he started a story about sports, jokes and etc. After a while, we're both laughing and I've been forgot all bad happenings I've been encounter this day. Later, I am home while my tried to go home faster because his mother needs him. Do you know that he joined with me just to make me happy and I am so glad to have a good friend like him. Before he walked away, he told me, "If you need help, just call me." I really appreciated what he said. True friend comes at the time that you are in trouble. So, that's the meaning of "true friend". Am i right?
